MediMavericks · Commercial strategy for MedTech, pharma & healthcare SaaS

When healthcare
revenue stalls,
we find out why.

MediMavericks works with medical device, pharma and healthcare SaaS companies whose growth has stalled, whose launch is coming, or whose sales still depend on the founder. We diagnose what is holding revenue back, then build and lead the fix: go-to-market strategy, sales playbooks and fractional commercial leadership.

Problems we solve

Revenue has stalled and nobody can say why
Activity is high, forecasts miss and deals stall at different stages. You need a clear, data-based read on where revenue is leaking.
Commercial Gap Analysis →
A launch, new market or raise is coming
Clearance, funding or a new region is close, and pricing, channel and the first commercial hires aren't decided yet.
Go-to-Market Strategy →
Sales still depend on the founder
Deals close because one person is in the room. There is no repeatable process, qualification or forecast behind them.
Enterprise Sales Playbook →
Hospitals, GPOs and distributors aren't buying
Value-analysis committees, tenders and distributor economics are slowing every deal. You need someone who has sold through them.
Go-to-Market Strategy →
You need a senior commercial leader, but not a full-time hire yet
The stage calls for a CRO or CCO's judgment and ownership of the number, at a fraction of the cost and commitment.
Fractional CRO / CCO →
An investor needs a commercial view, fast
A portfolio company is underperforming, or a deal needs pressure-testing on pricing, P&L assumptions and launch plan.
Diligence & Interim Leadership →

How an engagement works

1 · Free health check
A 30-minute conversation about where revenue is coming from, where it's stuck, and what's coming next.
2 · Diagnose
A clear read on the gaps, using your pipeline, customer and team data, not opinions.
3 · Build
The playbook, processes and hires that close those gaps, built with your team.
4 · Embed and hand off
Stay alongside until the system runs without us, then hand it to your team.

Who we work with

Pre-launch medical device companies
Cleared or close to it, with no commercial team yet. We build the go-to-market plan, pricing and first hires before launch, not after.
Scaling MedTech, pharma and healthcare SaaS companies
Past early traction, moving from founder-led selling to a repeatable, forecastable revenue engine.
Investor-backed portfolio companies
PE and VC-backed companies after a raise or acquisition, where the plan calls for growth and integration on a deadline.
Investors and boards
Independent commercial diligence and readiness reviews for portfolio companies before the next round or exit.

Great products don't sell themselves, especially in healthcare.

Healthcare buyers move carefully, decide by committee and expect proof. Clearance, funding and a strong product get you to the starting line. What turns them into revenue is a commercial engine built for how your market actually buys.

Why MediMavericks

An operator, not a slide deck
Built commercial functions from zero, carried quota and owned P&Ls. The advice comes from having done the work.
Senior from day one
You work directly with Ossei, not a junior team learning on your account.
Specialists when you need them
When a project needs more than commercial leadership, we bring in trusted partners Ossei has worked alongside: regulatory and quality specialists, commercialization and market-validation advisors, and digital health product and clinical experts. One point of contact, the right depth.
Fluent in how healthcare buys
Pharma, medical devices and healthcare SaaS, across pharmacy chains, health systems, distributors and about 40 international markets.
Built to hand off
The goal is a system your team runs without us: documented, measurable and owned in-house.
Ossei Williams

Led by Ossei Williams

I've spent 21 years in medical devices, pharma and healthcare SaaS, starting in operations in 2005 and leading commercial teams since 2011. I've sold into hospitals, GPOs, national pharmacy chains and distributors across about 40 markets, at Medicom Group (a global medical products manufacturer of about $1B), MEDISCA (about $500M), and as VP Sales & Marketing at Innoventive Solutions and Partner & COO of an AI digital health company.

I lead every MediMavericks engagement myself. When a project needs specialist depth, I bring in partners I've worked with and trust. I also advise Sononurse, a pre-launch surgical patient-safety device, and I'm completing an MBA at the University of Cumbria. More on LinkedIn.
